12 years of staining experience led to The Stain Shop opening in the spring of 2008 as a way to distribute products to home-owners and contractors. It has quickly become know as a premiere store for high quality products. The Stain Shop has received recognition from some of the highest quality vendors in the industry including Sikkens and we are the exclusive Armstrong Stain distributor in the mid-west.
The Stain Shop is located in Linden, Michigan and is owned and operated by Steve & Kevin James. The James brothers have been in the Cleaning and Staining industry for 14 years and have successfully built their business upon excellent product and service. Their field experience has provided an appreciation for consistent, quality products that get the job done. These superior products are now available to you through The Stain Shop.
The showroom is open April through October and the online store is open 365 days a year! Weekly demonstrations (April - October) take place on our sample deck, where onsite instruction on how to properly clean and stain exterior wood is provided. The Stain Shop staff is always available to answer your questions and contractor programs are available.
